We understand that financial planning can be challenging and often complex, which is why we feel that it is important that we ‘get to know’ you, so that you feel comfortable approaching us as and when you need support. We’ll invite you to chat with us, either in person or via telephone – whichever is most convenient for you.

During our conversation, we will begin to learn about your unique circumstances and aspirations in life so that we can get to grips with what works best for you. From this point forward, our team of qualified advisors will regularly touch bases with you for as long as you’re a client of ours.

Our Fees

Option 1 – A Flat fee of £199 is charged for a single application, the charge is for advising and arranging the mortgage.   (£50 of this is payable on application, in the event that your mortgage cannot be placed with a lender this will be refunded)

Option 2 – Lifetime fee £300 will become payable on completion of the new mortgage, any future mortgage applications will then not be charged a fee.  .   (£50 of this is payable on application, in the event that your mortgage cannot be placed with a lender this will be refunded)
