Option 1 – A Flat fee of £199 is charged for a single application, the charge is for advising and arranging the mortgage. (£50 of this is payable on application, in the event that your mortgage cannot be placed with a lender this will be refunded)
Option 2 – Lifetime fee £300 will become payable on completion of the new mortgage, any future mortgage applications will then not be charged a fee. . (£50 of this is payable on application, in the event that your mortgage cannot be placed with a lender this will be refunded)
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
